Debbie Ellis holds over 10years experience in the field of ‘hands on’ body work. Training with the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Somoto-Emotional Release (SER) and Visceral Manipulation. Al Berry’s Body Management where training took place with Brian Hagara in USA; a whole body system for humans and animals. Remedial Therapy with the Northern Institute of massage and Neuro Linguistic Therapy(NLP) with Chris Grimsley and Associates being the foundation for the development of her busy clinic, that treats a wide range of pathological dysfunctions:

The need for a treatment is usually physical and recovery is facilitated with the usual rehabilitation methods.

Sometimes however, if these usual methods have proved to be unsuccessful, it may be that there are underlying causes to the manifestation of the presenting dysfunction…accessing old injuries, birth trauma's, unhealthy ways of being; including emotional, spiritual, nutritional and/or environmental influences may be the secret to unlocking the problem! 

The body is a self healing mechanism and besides physical manifestations, blockages occur from conditioning, thought patterns and belief systems, including self protecting 'survival' mechanisms created possibly due to trauma, along with genetic and/or spiritual influences.

Going beyond the conscious mind by respecting and trusting the intelligence of the cells that remember and hold the memory, creates an opportunity to truly heal.  This creates a state of health and well-being that we all truly deserve by living authentically and to our fullest potential.

By freeing up theses blockages, the body can then release the pain and dysfunction. 

Debbie is able to tune into the wisdom of the cellular memory and communicate with  your 'inner physician' (the part of you that know exactly what is needed to heal).  She does this mainly with her unique cranial -sacral techniques by 'listening' and treating with her hands, interpreting and communicating to you with NLP skills.  At the same time your body's internal process of true healing is taking place.  Occasionally Shamanic influences are used in the release of stored vibration.

Debbie is able to facilitate your journey to full rehabilitation of the body, mind and spirit, referring to other practitioners where appropriate.  She is committed to supporting you in the discovery of your true deserving full potential.

Its also important to mention that Debbie offers full integrity to client/therapist confidentiality and offers a safe environment to transform and heal.  Of course there are areas of our lives that would be more dramatic and traumatic in accessing them; full respect is given to this and its important to know that the 'inner physician' is your guide.  Debbie honours your 'inner physician' and is able to discern the appropriateness, creating a trusting, supportive environment.
